Ingredients:
2 JJ Bison Top Round Steaks
.5 cup Lime Juice
4 cloves of Garlic (finely diced)
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
In a plastic bag, marinate the top round steaks with the lime juice, garlic, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce and marinate for 8 - 24 hours.
In a cast iron, add 2 tablespoons olive oil and heat to medium-high heat.
Sear the steak and cook until it reaches around 5 degrees below your desired temperature.
