Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
Bison burgers (this recipe calls for 12 meals - so 3 packs of burgers)
12, large russet potatoes
1 tablespoon of baking soda
5 heads of broccoli, cut
2 heads of cauliflower, cut
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sauce:
4 tablespoons ketchup
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Cut your russet potatoes into wedges and rinse them in water until the water runs clear.
Boil the potatoes for about a minute with 1 tablespoon of baking soda.
Remove the potatoes and put them in a single layer in the freezer for an hour.
On a grill or pan cook your burgers and season with salt and pepper.
Cook until medium (since you will be reheating them for lunch you don't want to overcook them!)
Steam your vegtables and season with salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 425F.
Remove the potatoes from the freezer and place in an oven-safe pan in a single layer.
Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
Place the potatoes in the oven and cook until crispy, but not hard (you will be reheating them for lunch, so depending on your kitchen they may not be crispy when reheated).
In a bowl, mix the sauce ingredients and divide into containers for the burgers (you may need more depending on how much you love sauce!)
Separate everything into 12 different containers, and enjoy!
