This is my favorite sirloin tip roast recipe. Sometimes you have a recipe you just remember, and for me this is it. It's juicy, delicious, and a perfect way to start your dinner.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp dried thyme
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp ground pepper
1 JJ Bison sirloin tip roast
Olive oil (for searing)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400F.
Combine all the seasoning in a bowl and mix.
Pat the sirloin roast until dry and pat the mixed seasoning so it sticks to the roast.
Heat an oven-safe pan and pour oil into the pan.
Sear the meat on both sides, and then stick it in the oven until it reaches ~5 degrees from the desired doneness.
Let rest in foil for ~5 minutes, serve, and enjoy!
