Sometimes for dinner you want something sweet. This bison steak is the perfect mix of sweet and savory to mix up your night!
Bison Ranch Steaks
3 tablespoons olive oil
9 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Rub steaks with honey, salt and pepper and make sure the steak is room temperature.
On a hot pan, add the olive oil.
Sear the steaks on the pan for about a minute then flip the steaks and turn the pan to low. The steaks will cook extremely quickly because they're small, thin steaks - so keep an eye on the temperature!
Remove steaks from the pan and let rest for about 2 minutes under foil.
Serve and enjoy!
Rare: 115-120 degrees
Medium Rare: 121-129 degrees
Medium: 130-135 degrees
