2 JJ Bison Sirloin Steaks
Salt and black pepper to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided

1/2 cup purchased basil pesto
2 cups grape tomatoes
2 tablespoons fresh, grated garlic
Directions:
Start pasta according to the box directions.
Pat your steaks dry and season with salt, and pepper.
Heat a pan until smoking with 2 tablespoons olive oil and sear meat and cook until almost done.
Remove the meat and rest in foil.
In the same pan, use 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of garlic and turn the pan to low.
Roll your grape tomatoes in the pan until they start to shrivel a bit.
