Ingredients:
JJ Bison NY Steak
5 cloves of garlic, diced
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon shallot, finely diced
Directions:
In a bowl, mix garlic, salt, paprika, oregano, and cayenne together.
Pat the steaks dry and coat them with the spice mixture. Let sit until room temperature.
Preheat the pan and pour olive oil into the pan until hot.
Sear the meat on all sides, and let rest before serving.
