Ingredients:
1 pack of JJ Bison Chip Steak
1 small, yellow onion, sliced and sauteed
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
4 slices of provolone cheese
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
2 large sub rolls
Directions
Cook bison chip steak in a saute pan with olive oil, salt, and pepper until browned
Add sauteed onion and mushrooms to pan
Divide meat in half with 2 slices of cheese
Cover with opened sub rolls until cheese is melted and rolls are warmed
Use a spatula to pick up and turn rolls and meat mixture over onto plate
