Bison Cheese Steak Subs


  • 1 pack of JJ Bison Chip Steak

  • 1 small, yellow onion, sliced and sauteed

  • 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced and sauteed

  • 4 slices of provolone cheese

  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

  • 2 large sub rolls


  1. Cook bison chip steak in a saute pan with olive oil, salt, and pepper until browned

  2. Add sauteed onion and mushrooms to pan

  3. Divide meat in half with 2 slices of cheese

  4. Cover with opened sub rolls until cheese is melted and rolls are warmed

  5. Use a spatula to pick up and turn rolls and meat mixture over onto plate
